My West Shore Auto Care

John gives straight, honest advice and looks for ways to save you money, not ways to make you spend more. He doesn't cut corners. But he doesn't recommend service you don't need just to pad his bill. We have often taken vehicles there telling him what we think needs done only to have him find the problem was something much less serious, much less expensive to repair. And we have never in all those years had to take a car back because it was not repaired right.

You can trust these guys!
Anonymous Verified customer I drive an older SUV and it is beginning to have problems here and there. John at West Shore Auto is always available to take a look and offer practical down to earth and affordable advice. This time around I was hearing strange bumping noises in the suspension after a hard winter that caused lots of unavoidable pot holes. I made arrangements for John to look at it and one of his mechanics took a ride to investigate the noises. The problem was diagnosed as probable worn out struts and sway bar links, so I made an appointment for service within a weeks time. (No long wait!) My car was finished in less than 5 hours that day and it drives better than ever without any of the annoying front end noise. AND, the cost was VERY reasonable. To put the topper on it, John stayed after his normal 5:00 close time to make sure I was able to pick up the vehicle. Now, THAT'S SERVICE!!!!! I've been with West Shore Auto Care for 15 years and can testify that 'A Girl can't do without a good reliable mechanic'; West Shore Auto Care and the team there is the best in the area!!

Honest reliable service
DENNIS & CHRIS G Verified customer I had an appointment for a State Inspection, and due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to wait for the job to be done instead of dropping off the vehicle as originally planned. John and his staff were able to adjust the work flow to get me on my way as soon as possible. Even though it was my fault, they did their best to make it happen. Now that's service!

Will go no where else!
LISA & JOHN B Verified customer I had my car inspected at West Shore Auto Care yesterday. It was an excellent experience. They got me in quick and had my car back to me very quickly and a low price. How do you beat that? I've been going to West Shore Auto Care for years. John and the gang always do an outstanding job. There's no reason to go anywhere else.
